💸 Payment

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Egypt. Pay only when the order arrives at your door, no card details needed online.

What other payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. We are working on adding Fawry and Instapay.

Are there any extra fees for Cash on Delivery?

No — the price you see at checkout is what you pay on delivery. Free shipping applies to orders over 2,000 EGP.

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 2–7 business days across Egypt. If the order arrives after the 8th day, you get free delivery on that order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Egypt — Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and every governorate.

What if I'm not at home when the courier arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a bedsheet?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving the order — as long as the item is unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

What if I opened the package?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bedding products.

What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?

Contact orders@bedcheats.com within 48 hours with photos and we'll take care of it right away. You can also WhatsApp 01033030007.

What's the most popular bedsheet size in Egypt?

Are pillowcases included?

Yes — every Satin, Microfiber, and Percale bedsheet set includes 2 matching pillowcases.

What's the difference between Satin, Cotton, Microfiber, and Percale?

• Satin — silky smooth, gentle on hair and skin, slight sheen, cool in summer.
• 100% Cotton — natural, breathable, soft, perfect all-rounder.
• Microfiber — lightweight, easy-care, durable, budget-friendly.
• Percale Cotton — crisp hotel-style finish, ultra-breathable.

Can I machine wash my BedCheats sheets?

Yes — wash cold, tumble dry low or air dry. All BedCheats sheets are designed for easy machine care.

📦 Order Status

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an order-confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the order ships. You can also email orders@bedcheats.com or WhatsApp us at 01033030007 for an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is processed for shipping, we may not be able to change it. Email orders@bedcheats.com or WhatsApp 01033030007.
