✅ Exchanges & Returns for Unopened Products

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In resellable condition

❌ No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used bedding products.
This includes items where the packaging seal has been broken.

⏳ Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• If you received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll take care of it right away.
