How It Works — The 4-Step Process
- Browse and order online — at bedcheats.com or via WhatsApp 01033030007.
- Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout — no card details needed.
- We dispatch your order — typically within 24 hours.
- You pay the courier in cash on arrival, after inspecting the package at the door.
Is There an Extra Fee for COD?
No. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay on delivery. Free shipping applies to orders over 2,000 EGP.
Delivery Times
- Cairo, Giza, Alexandria: typically 2–4 business days
- Other governorates: typically 4–7 business days
- Late Delivery Guarantee: if your order arrives after the 8th day, you get free delivery — we refund any shipping you paid.
What Happens If You're Not Home?
The courier will call ahead and try multiple delivery attempts. If they can't reach you after repeated tries, the order returns to us; re-delivery may have a small fee.
Can I Inspect the Package Before Paying?
Yes — you can check the outside of the package at the door before paying. We do ask that you don't open the bedding seal until you've decided to keep it, because we can't accept returns on opened bedding for hygiene reasons.
Refunds on COD Orders
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos via WhatsApp or email — we'll send a replacement or arrange a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
